What is an Non-Fungible-Token (NFT)?

A:
A non-fungible token is a unique and non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a digital ledger. NFTs can be used to represent easily-reproducible items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files as unique items, and use blockchain technology to establish a verified and public proof of ownership.

How many different types of tokens are there?

A:
There are two types of tokens; ‘ArtsGalore Token’ and ‘ArtsGalore Elite Token’.

What is ArtsGalore Token utility?

A:
ArtsGalore tokens give you access to :-

3.1) First pick at future collections dropped by artists through the gallery.

3.2) WL spots on all Nft projects that would like to use ArtsGalore as their IRL partner.

3.3) Invitation to Private Parties / Artist Launches.

3.4) Percentage of profits made by gallery annually will be divided among holders of the NFT

ArtsGalore ‘ELITE’ Token gives?

4.1) All the benefits of ArtsGalore holders

4.2) Artist meet and greet at the Private parties and artist launches.

4.3) Private cigar lounge in all branches of ArtsGalore where elite members can meet, dine and are able to hold meetings with their guests ( advance booking required, Number of guests an elite member can invite into the Cigar lounge is four)

4.4) The ability to commission an Artist through the gallery to make an NFT/IRL Artwork to their specification.

4.5) 1.5 times the profit share compared to ArtsGalore members.

4.6) Each time an event is held, Plane tickets/hotel stays will be raffled among the elite members and certain elite members will have fully paid vacations to the ArtsGalore event.

Can a person purchase more than one token?

A:
There is no limit on the number of tokens one can purchase.

Q6:
Is there an age requirement to be a token holder?

A:
Yes, all token holders must be at least 18 years of age.

Q7:
How long is my membership valid for?

A:
Your membership will remain valid as long as you are a token holder.

Q8:
Can a family member use the token instead of the actual token holder?

A:
Unfortunately, not. The token is intended for the person that purchased it. A family member can enjoy the facilities with the token holder, but not in place of the token holder.

Q9:
How does a token holder pay for Artwork at the Gallery? Is it in Cryptocurrency or USD?

A:
Both Fiat currencies and crypto are accepted.


Q10:
If I don't want to be a member any longer, can I sell my token? If so, how?

A:
You can sell your token on the secondary market.

Q11:
When will ArtsGalore open?

A:
ArtsGalore is already a functioning physical gallery based in Dubai with expansion plans for a second branch in dubai by 3rd quarter 2022 and a third branch in Miami simultaneously.

Q12:
Will non-members have access to the gallery or its events?

A:
Non members will only have access to the gallery or its events if they are a guest of a token holder.

Roadmap

20% -

Among the initial minters we will raffle and gift 1 Doodle, 3 Noodles, 3 DAW.

40% -

We will lease the new space in Dubai (our second location), This will be dedicated to NFT,s and high end street art.

60% -

We will gift IRL street art hampers worth 5000 USD to 20 lucky minters.

80% -

We will lease out third location in Miami, This location will concentrate on NFTs, StreetArt and Art cars.
We will also expand into Sandbox and Decentraland

100% -

We will Launch our first Street Artist into the NFT world, The Bates collection will go public with 15 one of one unique pieces. For the first time in NFT history anyone who buys an NFT will receive the IRL artwork  in the mail.

We will continue to launch Street Artists into the NFT platform, giving our NFT holders the opportunity to buy in first.
We will tie up with other NFT projects who want IRL exposure and in return take WL spots from them to offer our community.

We will then annually split profits among out NFT holders. Simply put ArtsGalore grows and in turn you grow, Its your business.
